Element Analysis and Computer Aided Engineering.
Bozdemir Makina san. tic. ltd.sti Denizli,Turkey
Mechanical Design Engineer, March 2008 - November 2009
Nearly 10 new machine designs created and old archives were updated. Detailed reports created to improve assembly and
machinery line, approximately 20% improvements were achieved. Generating and maintaining bill of materials for major
products. Company introduced to a new control process for raw materials resulting in lest material waste. For major
designs, simulations were created for marketing purposes. These achievements allo wed the company to attend Cable &
Wire-2009 Cnr-Expo Center Istanbul/TURKEY for the first time in their history.
Celka Hydraulics AS Izmir, Turkey
Mechanical Engineering Intern June 2007 - August 2007
By using AutoCAD, mechanical blueprints were created for machinery. The manufacturing line was investigated for lean
manufacturing and findings were reported to the senior engineers.
Projects/Research/Publication/Presentations:
An Optimized Kinematic Mobility Analysis of Protein Molecules (IDETC 2014-34783) January 2013 - May 2014
Proteins were investigated for finding rigid regions and DOF in molecular level and previously coded ProtoFold algorithm
was modified with graph theory (pebble game algorithm). A faster algorithm was created to investigate larger molecules.
For further details please contact by e-mail. Conference attendance for poster session; ASME 2013 IDETC/CIE
Conference, Portland/Oregon “Rigidity Analysis of Protein Molecules”
Comparison of Brain Responses between Different Sides of head by Finite Element Modeling Sep2013- Dec2013
Investigated the response of brain under an impact force by applying from each side of the head. The Abaqus FE program
is used to design the investigated scenario.
Dec 2009 – May 2010
Portable Cnc-router
By using SolidWorks and AutoCAD a portable CNC-Router was designed and prototyped for small woodworks and foam
cutting. Pic programing was used for controlling.
Matlab-Simulink (Hydraulic System design) Sep 2009 - Dec 2009
By using matlab-simulink a hydraulic lifting system designed and simulated.
