company only in the RV business for the past two years. I
was hired as the first full time Service Manager to build the
service department. When I started they were only closing seven
work orders per month at best. The close of my first year I was
showing a nice profit with a busy shop. This was done with only
two technicians in training with my guidance and direction.
March 2012-
Jan. 2013 Independent Contractor installing, servicing, and
repairing home satellite systems for Custom
Communications Incorporated and Dish Network.

Operated a large shop servicing, repairing, painting, and

April 2008-

One of the Southeast Leading RV Dealers, I achieved the highest
labor sales, customer pay hours ever at this location. I held
the highest Gross Profit in all departments in both locations
while maintaining a high CSI.

1996-2006 Connelly's Auto Care, Durham, NC, Owner/Operator and Manager;
Managed the business, working with customers, technicians, and
vendors. From time to time I would take an active part in
repairing the vehicles. Listed in several of Duke University's

all round garages in the Durham area.
