• Assist customers with technical support issues for AT&T Mobility.
• Marketed telecommunications solutions to Fortune 500/global clients such as ABB, Anheuser-Busch, Carnival Cruise Lines, FedEx,
General Motors, Kaman, La Quinta Inns, Lockheed Martin, Siemens, Starbucks, and USAA
• Worked closely with AT&T Account Executives as an integral part of the account team; developing protocols and systems - from
