Tear down assembly and conduct visual inspections on critical components, trouble shoot to determine if
acceptable or defective component. Serialize components in order to track and identify. Assemble and
install electrical components, units, sub assemblies, wiring, and soldering. Conduct dielectric, insulation,
proof, internal & external leakage, bonding, and resistance of top assemblies to make sure they are in
tolerance. Position, align, or adjust work pieces to facilitate wiring on assembly, and clean parts using
company’s cleaning procedures. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to new team members.

assembly instruction via process planner. Work with Chief Operator, Quality Engineer, Supervisor, and
Final Inspection to ensure quality product to our customers. Position, align, or adjust work pieces to
facilitate wiring on assembly. Core responsibilities were lock wiring, name plating, visual inspection,
complying with special instructions, and training new team members. Bag and tag components and return
to stock inventory to be tracked and identified. Assemble and install electrical components, units, and
subassemblies. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

A&P Helicopter Mechanic
Perform a wide range of maintenance duties that include daily 100 Hour inspections, daily line maintenance
inspections, testing, repairing, discrepancies, and servicing of aircraft. Perform all maintenance in
accordance with FAA approved technical data. Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and
specifications to determine methods for repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components in a
timely cost effective manner. Maintain shop cleanup, organization and basic office duties. Accurately
complete all appropriate maintenance, signoffs and Return to Service paperwork. Was a lead mechanic for
my night crew and in charge of new mechanic’s training.

engineering specifications for components. Inspect each assembly upon completion to ensure in accordance
to specifications. Use measuring and testing equipment for adherence to engineering specifications.

Gain critical skills needed to succeed in an aviation maintenance career. Working on a degree option in
Aviation Management with a minor in Unmanned Aerial Systems. Currently have a 3.0 GPA in my

Completed Airframe & Powerplant certificate program in 2011. Acquired knowledge and skills to conduct
