Precision Turning Specialties - Greeneville, TN - September 2013 to Present

Duties include: Working with Quality Manager to establish platforms for future ISO/TS certification and training

on the preparation of PPAP packages. Instructing on methods for CAPA, and training on how to perform

internal audits. Preparing organization to implement calibration system and new equipment for measurement,

5's, and Lean Manufacturing programs. Process improvements to existing and new products produced on

CNC Swiss machining centers. Assist with the machining processes to reduce cost, improve efficiency and

quality. Research, evaluation of tooling, and CNC programs suggesting ways to improve cycle time, life of

tooling, and tool change frequency.

Supplier Quality Engineer

Huf Automotive - Greeneville, TN - May 2013 to September 2013

Duties include: Working with suppliers to insure quality of all purchased parts for company use. Developing and

analyzing statistical data and incoming product specifications to determine present standards and recommend/

establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Review supplier PPAP's and follow-up

with suppliers to approve PPAP. Issue supplier 8D requests and review responses to ensure thorough problem

investigation by suppliers. Determine, plan and schedule for supplier audits and conducts audits as needed.

Formulate and maintain quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. Coordinate

objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant personnel to maximize product reliability

and minimize costs. Coordinate supplier improvement activities.

Duties include: Supervision of Quality Technicians. Analyze data and maintain records of monthly Layout

Inspections, Product Audits, and Gage R&R. Create, organize, perform, and file PPAP when necessary. ISO/

TS 16949 and ISO14001 EMS Lead Internal Auditor. Monitor company's Quality procedures to ensure they

follow TS 16949 standards as well as decision making regarding non-conforming parts, and dealing with
