• Recruited to the Supply Chain/Territory Account Management position with CHEP (Commonwealth Handling

Equipment Pool), ameliorating previously strained relationships with some of the firm’s key accounts.

Interfaced with non-participating distributors through site and phone visits across Washington, Alaska and

Northern Idaho. Visited or contacted a minimum of 72 distributer locations per week. Tactfully educated

accounts on CHEP ownership rights. Negotiated the return of CHEP assets, achieving 120% return rate (able

to recover significant number of previously non-reported assets). Completed daily tracking reports, expense

• Throughout a five year career as a Loan Officer and Financial Advisor with Wall Street Mortgage, Liberty

Financial Group and First Horizon Home Loans, offered a consultative, solutions-driven resource to both

individual/consumer and corporate/commercial clients. Worked with prospective home buyers to secure
