Responsibilities: Direct ship coordinator, proposals and quotations for Caterpillar global purchasing in Peoria, Illinois and

multiple Caterpillar facilities globally and within the United States. The job includes, sourcing for new part intr oductions,

prove designing and resourcing for existing products to meet Caterpillar’s demand. Responsibilities for direct ship

product require the ability to provide the supplier all information needed to ship product on time with all required

documentation necessary per Caterpillar’s standards. The position included resourcing product in efforts of cost

reductions to both the company and Caterpillar. W.D. Allen is a Six Sigma company; they are ISO and QS certified and

are the only certified Tier-One supplier to Caterpillar that is not a manufacturer.

prevention, daily manager reviews of product return, plan -o-gram utilities, retail customer service and commercial

accounts. Duties also consisted of matrix counts and cycle counts for overstock products a nd sales floor products to

assure product is available to public. I am able to manage multiple employees and work schedules for full and part time.
