Eastman Martinsville Plant – Advanced Process Engineer – Martinsville, VA (8/2012 – Present)
• Responsible for driving capacity, cost and quality improvements in the Performance Film's operation through
process data analysis
• Designed and implemented a SPC system for the Silicone and Laminating departments to establish steady state
operations and assist in the Preventative Maintenance process that will be replicated across the plant in other
departments
• Active member of the site Safety Committee working to implement key learning’s from my previous
organizations on the path to zero injuries
• Owner of the Asset Effectiveness Measure (AEM) report which identifies downtime opportunities for
production to improve upon and upper management with machine utilization opportunities
• Responsible for providing leadership for the WonderWare and Historian packages within the engineering team
• Responsible for the complete revision/rewrite of the Silicone department Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP’s) to conform with company requirements

improve operator safety
• Department Packing/Receiving area expansion to allow for simultaneous receiving of raw materials and
shipping of finished goods
• Upgraded from pneumatic to electromechanical web guides to improve web handling in the Silicone
department and eliminate related downtime. This project was completed 20% under budget.
