EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, Electro Purification, LLC and Nasus Water Technology, LLC, Hou-
ston, TX and Bernalillo, NM, respectively, August 2008 to December 2011. Originally employed to be
the managing engineer of ARS USA LLC, an arsenic treatment technology start-up specializing in the
municipal market with sales in excess of $2M. Responsible for profit and loss, staffing, and general man-
agement on contracted obligations in addition to directing research and development. Through a joint
venture with Municipal Ground Water Solutions LLC in Houston, TX, my position grew to encompass
business development of technology in the industrial water-treatment market resulting in patent applica-
tions and business with publicly traded oil and gas entities. Successfully developed, staffed, and opera-
tionally managed technology deployed throughout the Southwest US. Responsible for technical and fi-
nancial reporting to board and C level staff.
RESEARCH HYDROLOGIST, USGS, Albuquerque, NM, September 2005 to August 2008. Established the
only research group within the USGS for the State of New Mexico developing work in excess of $5M
through multiyear contracts with the US Department of Defense, US Bureau of Reclamation, and the US

junior staff to pursue advanced degrees based on awarded research funding. Led development of ad-
vanced technologies in the fields of stochastic analysis and water resources. In addition, initiated and co-
ordinated a joint federal and private industry development of a biologically based solution to explosive
compounds.
MANAGER, Water Science Group, Boyle Engineering Corp. (AECOM), Newport Beach, CA, June
2002 to August 2005. Created an individual profit center in Newport Beach, CA that provided services to
the Corporation nationwide where advanced engineering technology was institutionalized, changing the
paradigm of professional work and capabilities offered by the Corporation. Within 3 years, group revenue
provided over 10% of gross sales for both the Newport Beach and Ontario, CA offices for the Corpora-
tion. Success came from creating multi-disciplinary national project teams, using advanced technology,
and promotion of mentored junior staff to more responsible roles. Combining these assets and working
together as a team, vertical integration of strategically pursued projects with marketing both before and
after contract award, resulted in additional cross discipline project wins with many repeat clients.
