payments in A/R system. Was part of team that created a direct lockbox

feed of individual payments into the A/R system which cleared up a habitual

two month backlog of uncredited payments.

Financial Analyst

Responsible for maintaining and tracking Conrail's $500 million capital

budget. Performed net present value analysis on proposed capital projects.

Created a forecasting system for unabsorbed switching expense which

reduced the forecast error from above 10% to less than 3%.
