Dear Hiring Manager:

Enclosed please find my resume for your review and consideration

against either current or future positions in Mechanical Engineering,

with an inclination towards product development using CAD/CAE tools,

which is my area of experience and interests. I am confident that my

credentials and commitment to innovation and development will make me an

excellent candidate for such position.

In summary my credentials include,

. MS in Mechanical engineering from Wright State University, Dayton, OH.

. 10 years + of combined Design and Product Development, Project

Management experience in Consumer products, Medical and Automobile

industries.

. Extensive CAD and FEA project experience with tools: Pro-E, Ansys and

LS Dyna.

The following highlight some of my key accomplishments in my previous jobs,

. Spearheaded 6 major product development projects involving electro-

mechanical tools, - from concept to launch - totaling $12 Million NPD

sales and saved $1.5 Million in productivity projects for 2011/2012,

which resulted in global market leader position.

. Performed FEA analysis on an innovative 15Oz Framing MIG weld hammer

to optimize head and shaft weight, predicted side pull claw failures

and added strengthening features without losing functionality and

adding weight.

. Successfully headed off potential scrap loss of $380,000 and sales

loss of $100,000 by negotiating with UL to perform additional tests on

tools on that failed in their initial temperature tests.

Currently I am exploring new opportunities and if you are on the look for

an enthusiastic and extremely motivated person who can display initiative,

creativity and devotion in his work and enjoys working in a team

environment, please consider my application.

technical support, troubleshoot issues, sharing best practices,

review/approve drawings through Engineering Change Notices.

. Prepare and document all required Technical Construction files

including risk assessment, test plans/reports and DofCs and act

as a liaison to launch products globally complying with local

regional standards.

Key Accomplishments:

> Spearheaded 6 major projects - from concept to launch -

totaling $12 Million NPD sales and saved $1.5 Million in

productivity projects for 2011/2012 - resulted in global

market leader position.

> Conceived and developed a 7.2V Li Ion battery platform of

cordless tools: stapler, nailer & glue gun based on marketing

needs. Identified various IEC safety specifications for tools

and Li ion battery and chargers, created product

specifications, performed risk analysis, prepared test

plans, scheduled project phases and identified toll gates,

initiated RFQs, identified vendors, 3rd party test agencies

and led all cross-functional communications.

> Designed, analyzed, prototyped, developed and launched a
