with all departments. I also maintain the Leave of Absence

Policy. I am also responsible for the efficient and

detailed LOA process for both properties. Along with two

other peers, we are able to oversee approximately 1113

active intermittent FMLA files as well as approximately 300

Block FMLA files. I also attended Unemployment hearing.

auditing for approximately 1900 benefits eligible

Associates. These tasks include but are not limited to

facilitation of training in New Associate Orientation,

enrollment for both a new full-time benefits plan, as well

as a partial benefits package offered through third party

benefit carriers. As a Human Resource Representative, I am
