• A nalyzed RPQ, do research and determine whether request is close enough to something
a lready support, that don’t need to be tested to approve i t.
• C reated test plan, this includes configuration information from RPQ and test cases from
l ibrary of test cases wri t ten by Quality Engineers
• C reated a review t icket to get test plan review and approve by Developers, Quality
E ngineers, and Level 3 Engineers
• C reated a test set in the Test Lab section of Quality center. Where test cases execution is
t racked and step is marked as pass and fail
• Set up and executed test cases in test plan to verify the arrays and VPLEX behave as
expected
