Description : This project enables consumers, partners and corporate
customers to create a profile, create Service Requests and manage their
account and assets. The consumers can login to online portal and perform
basic operations themselves or call Call-Center and receive assisted
service to create Service Requests and other updates. The system also
provides partner login to pick up Service Requests assigned to them on
their expertise area. The system has abilities to assign service requests
to Field Engineers automatically based on their bandwidth location etc.

Description:
T-Com is one of the largest GSM service providers in Germany. T-Com has a
very complex OSS/BSS architecture. T-Com Germany is having problems with
its CRM and EAI. CRM is implemented on Siebel. T-Com has its CRM
implemented using Siebel. Siebel is implemented separately for retail and
wholesale business. Siebel is heavily customized. This CRM structure is
very difficult to maintain. There is a lot of redundancy of data.
Responsibilities:
. Understand the new CR's which are in scope, attending the KT sessions
with BA's and then proceed with the scenario identification and test
case design
. Worked on Batch Integration, Partner System, Data Migration and
Real-time Integration used in T-com
. Worked as SME in the team and was responsible for critical

Perseus.

Description : Basically this project will handle District, Regional
Accounts information in different excel sheets for Retails Distribution and
Commercial Banking Distribution, Using this excel sheets the user can able
to plan for Net growth plan and book plan based on history data and given
data using Marco formulas. Once the user enters the data in preplan sheet
then he needs to go Marco and parameter sheet and trigger the respective
buttons. Based on trigger button the transactions should happen using
master sheet formulas. Deliverable information about this project: - I
Delivered 4 releases on time to Client.
