The Crankshaft business is a wholly owned subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG and specializes in the

Chief Operating Officer (2011 - Present)

Direct and coordinate all the activities for one Machining and two Forging plants with more than

500 employees generating $180M in sales. Direct reports include three Plant Managers,

M aintenance Managers, Forging and Machining Engineering Managers, Die Shop Managers,

Corporate Quality, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Managers. Main responsibilit ies include

i dentifying opportunities and implementing processes that increase production while reducing costs,

i mplementing new machining concepts, identifying duration and key milestones, defining machines

and building specifications and developing and implementing organizational policies and goals.
