• setup a LAN (local Area Network) for meteorologic information relay system and administrate the

LAN.

• redesign a interface card ( Analog to digital signal transformation) for a meteorology data acquisition

system.

• design and test a frequency modulation module used in a special communication system.

• supervise the ground meteorologic information relay system operation. Responsible for system

maintenance, upgrade, diagnose system malfunction and do the necessary repair work. hand on

signal process and data storage.

• manage the satellite cloud image receiving system operating. responsible for system maintenance,

upgrading and optimizing the system performance. hand on working experience on image signal

process and data storage.

• supervise the rain and wind detection radar operating. Hand on working experience on system

hardware component: vacuum tube pulse amplifier,analog filter.
