Synopsis - Personal style & skill sets:
My specialty lies in Product Development (financial systems) and Representation. I have a
broad scope of experiences gained from being involved at various stages of the project life
cycle; Design, Build, Test, Implementation, including Manual Documentation & User Training.
Multitasking within multiple projects, simultaneously, gave me a wealth of knowledge and
shaped me into the tolerant and practical Leader that I am today. I function as an
Intermediate Project Manager on the business end, representing the Bank/Client interests and
work in conjunction with Technical Analyst/Programmers.
I had the benefit of working in leading edge units, 4 times in my career, teaching me to think
“outside the box” and how to get the “biggest bang” for the buck! I was involved in defining
roles & responsibilities, setting division precedence, standards and procedures. I am highly
skilled at, Coaching, Leadership & Motivation, Needs/Gaps or Cost/Benefit analysis,
An excellent team player, I am able to communicate effectively, both verbally & written and a
lot of my success came from mixing & blending theoretic with practical experiences and
blending the old with the new for greater overall performance. I have an intrinsic drive for
excellence, but I always enjoy the process as much as the results. It’s the challenge of
understanding “Human Nature” that motivates me and was a big factor to the success of my
career, because ultimately all systems & business transactions are founded on human principles
and this concept gave me a deeper awareness of life in general.

responsible for 2 subordinates, a Senior Documentation Analyst and Jr Business Analyst.
Primary activities included representation of External and Internal Users. Gather, Analyze and
