its kind in North America. At XPO Logistics I brought in new customers by utilizing a self-created

Touchstone Partners is a small insurance brokerage company. I created a business plan for the
company that allows no overhead for the LLC. Overhead was absorbed by the sales staff. My

sale process. The scripts I created optimized the yes rate during cold calls. I constantly analyzed
