I am project Engineer in the project in Embraer, the work included new
Radar System on nose, with structure modifications, new forward and aft
cockpit, new Hud, side consoles, upper Avionics pod modifications, new ECS
system,Oxygen system, changes in Pitot and Static
2009 to 2010:
Boeing 767 modification to Freighter; Liason and Retrofit, MRB support for
section 41 and 43.
2008 to 2009: Boeing 767 modification to Freighter, Section 41,Section43
I was involved of layout and design of support structure to 9G-Barrier,Main
Landing Gear well Wheel Reinforcements.

I was involved in design of forward torsion box of vertical and horizontal
stabilizer, the job included detail design of panels(composite), ribs
details and installation.
1999 to 2000:
Astra aircraft:
I was a group leader of modification, Astra aircraft to E.W.S, the job
included, design of backup structure for antenna and Ins outside the a/c
and big fairing.

1998 to 1999:
Cfir aircraft (military); Liason and Retrofit, MRB support for Nose,
Cockpit
And center fuselage.
1997 to 1998:

I was a group leader for upgrading of CFIR aircraft, included a new radar
system, which required extention of nose and other changes in systems.
New cockpit design (pilot panel,side consoles )

1996 - 1997 :
GALAXY (G-200) aircraft (production in France) :
I was a technical support engineer for production of vertical and
horizontal stabilizer in SOGERMA (FRANCE) and liason for all the changes,
MRBS', salvage for parts produced not in accordance to our drawings.

I was involved in design of horizontal and vertical stabilizer structure,actuators fittings,links,systems and interface with fuselage.

I was involved in designing one piece windshield and modify the existing
structure.

FALCON (BOEING 707 ) E.W.S aircraft :
I was involved in designing side antennas supports and
interfaces with structure layout.
E.C.S requirement,ducts and tubes for cooling the systems and crew.
Installation of consoles used to operate the system, modification and
reinforcements of existing structure.
All installations and assemblies took into account human engineering
requirements. Routing of electrical and huge amount of coax bundles taking
into account E.M.I requirements.
1987 - 1990:
CFIR aircraft upgrading :
I was involved of modifications,structure, systems on stabilizer and
interface with fuselage,including fairings and controls.
1986 - 1987:
LAVY military aircraft (single and two seater); Liason and Retrofit, MRB
support for Fwd fuselage, Canard,Fuselage compartment and Air intake.
1985 - 1986:
LAVY military aircraft (single and two seater):
I was involved in designing of forward fuselage,canard interface with
fuselage,systems installation in forward fuselage compartments,
forward diverter design between intake and fuselage.
1978 - 1987:
WESTWIND 1124A aircraft :
I was involved in development of new type of westwind 1124 civil aircraft,
includes new systems installation, pilot,co-pilot, side consoles in
cockpit.
Redesign cabin compartment interiors,including seat tracks,galley and
seats
Backup structure.
Sytems :E.C.S ducts, pitot and static systems and hydraulic modifications.
WESTWIND 1124 aircraft :
Customizing of aircraft systems and structure changes, pilot and cabin
compartment modifications due to the clients requirements.
I was involved in designing additional integral fuel tank in aft fuselage,
large changes in fuselage and interface with engines, engine pylons,fire
wall and bleed system.
WESTWIND 1124 (target aircraft for military purposes):
I was involved in designing a large opening in floor, in pressurized
cabin reinforcement beams, floor and skin.
installation of drum, changes in systems and additional systems required
for operation.
JET COMMANDER 1123 SEASCAN aircraft :
I was involved in designing interface to new radar system for seascaning,
operating consoles installation in cabin,new radom design.
A lot of changes in power systems units and E.C.S in cabin.
WESTWIND 1124 SEASCAN aircraft :
I was involved in designing the interface for the same system on jet
commander 1123 on 1124 westwind plus S.P.A camera (not rigid)
in aft fuselage,large opening in fuselage and new longitudinal beams.
1975 - 1978:
CFIR C2 AND CFIR C7 military aircraft :
I was involved in development of CFIR C2 AND C7 center fuselage structure
and systems installation in avionics and electric compartments.
