giving and taking advices as required.

. Planning required manpower for 4 weak ahead and manage their work

shifts as required.

. Responsible for administrational work, such as cost estimation,

ordering for raw materials.

. Reviews engine /machine repair/Overhaul history.

. Assign work to technicians accordingly.

. Create parts list with technicians; Check parts availability and parts

ordering.

. Update work progress to concerned Supervisor/s.

. Ensure jobs are completed within standard time.

. Observe/implements quality standard of all jobs done.
