the management. Then after reviewing all payables I make a summary for check
request. Then preparing a voucher and check payables ready for signed by the
management and requesting for fundable. Then after he funded I prepare a
photo copy off all check ready for released. Then deposit the check to their
account and paying all bills of their respective payees.
Updating and maintaining payroll records. Calculating all DTR coming
from different branches, I checked it manually including DTR in the head office.
Summarized all amount of the employee having BDO account and request for
check of those who do not have account. Preparing the BIR remittance Report,
Withholding Tax Expanded and Withholding Tax Compensation, And after finished
all of them request again a check, preparing voucher, and check ready for
signed by the management and request for funded and pay it to their respective
payee’s.
