The company is an Industry Supplier of silicone
products, specializing in molded and extruded
applications, part of Marsh Bellofram Group of
Companies.
. Report directly to the President of Marsh
Bellofram.
. Direct reports include 2 managers (Technical and
Sales), 2 supervisors, and oversee a total of 45 hourly
employees.
. When Bellofram Silicones Inc. came to Newell WV, it
averaged $6 Million in sales with a loss of $50K per
month. In 2013 Bellofram Silicones Inc. finished the
year with $7.5 Million in sales operating at a 28%
average profit margin. The employee count went from 75
to 46, scrap decreased, and new customers were
obtained.
. Set up all floor processes including updating
process documentation for new and existing products.
Established a new process for how manufacturing orders
would follow workflow through each step of the process,
RGA levels have decreased each year.
. Responsible for quoting all new business, and
evaluating current business with smart spreadsheets
created by myself, updated monthly to reflect our true
manufacturing cost.
. Designed layout of new website and supplied all
technical data to populate charts, tables, and online
shopping carts, responsible for the design of our
line-card. RFQ's have risen by 40% in 2014, and online
orders make up 5% of monthly BelloFoam sheet sales.
. Travel with sales team monthly to call on customers
and attend trade shows, we were featured in the April
edition of Rubber & Plastics News.
. Chaired a weekly R & D meeting where new products
were identified and I assigned our Technical department
to tasks. Raw material types were reduced in number by
50% freeing up warehouse space. All compounds were
standardized in order to create repeatable,
production-friendly results. Scrap had been reduced to
5-7% monthly.
. Was head of a committee in Marsh Bellofram's SLT
(Safety Leadership Team) composed of senior management
to promote and advance plant safety.

. Responsible for all aspects of moving the
acquisition of MTI Specialty Silicones of Milton,
Florida, to the newly formed Bellofram Silicones Inc.

. Designed 36,000 square foot floor plan for company
move, including electrical distributions, electrical
conduit, vacuum, and water lines.
. Determined equipment placement to enhance work
flow.
. Responsible for creating move timeline containing
strict deadlines over the course of 6 months,
coordinating with the Milton facility to determine what
order equipment would arrive based on customer needs
and current inventory levels.
. Responsible for determining staffing levels,
employee job training, and starting production as
product lines arrived.

. Responsible for the design, development, and
manufacture of both high and low pressure regulators,
general purpose gas regulators, instrument air
regulators, and back pressure relief regulators used in

. Used Inventor 2010 and AutoCAD 2010 on a daily
basis to supply vendors with in-depth 3D Models of new
products to expedite the tooling design process as well
as prototype samples.
