was transferred in to evaluate the current safety program and
policies, recommend changes, and implement a change in the work
culture for a safer environment.
ConocoPhillips in Carson Calif-- Provided safety coverage on nights
for a turnaround on the HDT and H2 units. Conducted safety
meetings, audits and investigations.
