several recognition awards for sales of additional/ add on financial products and insurances. In

• Effective Marketing – During my marketing with the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks Organization,
I was key in developing several plans to help increase their profitability and brand
recognition. I developed a payment plan system which helped increase the number of season
ticket packages sold as well as helping increase their presence in the community by hosting
football camps and charity events.
• Customer Service In October 2011, as an employee at Express Inc., I received the Customer
Service Award for my ability to enhance the customer’s total shopping experience and for
offering assistance in a genuine and helpful manner. From 2012 to 2013 I received on several

As a head coach I was charged with developing game plans both offensive and defensive, organizing and
running of practice, and making game time decisions. As the head coach, we have gone undefeated and are
in the process of competing for the league championship. As acknowledgment for my success as a head
coach the league has offered me the opportunity to select, train and coach the regional tournament team.
Also upon my hiring I was charged with promoting and advertising for the league due to my educational
background and marketing expertise. I helped design and distribute fliers along with development and
implementation of electronic marketing programs to send out league information.
