Who I Am
Senior Executive experienced in constructing, directing, and leading successful organizations. Whether as an employee,
or Consultant, I have held a progression of Senior Leadership positions at some of the world’s most recognized and
innovative Fortune 500 companies.
What I Do
Throughout my career I have had a multitude of titles representing two types of roles:
1. Responsibility for constructing, growing, resolving, and managing Corporate Divisions, Regions, Platforms
within the Financial Services Industry (and in one instance a medical device company).
2. Modifying and implementing the strategic and tactical plans necessary to accomplish the goals and
commitments of senior leadership. I provide solutions of proven archetypes to resolve similar impediments and
provide road maps to take advantage of evolving opportunities.
PROVEN ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Guided a quant based tactical asset manager, through a nationwide strategic plan and tactical implementation process to
license and incorporate Series 65 credentialed attorneys into their RIA. Built out the financial planning arm of the RIA
while at the same time created a sister company; an insurance agency.
Orchestrated corporate restructure for an LPL OSJ working exclusively with multiple Credit Union Financial Planning
departments. Revenue grew from $4.5mm to $6.2mm in 2013 and projected to be $9.2 in 2014. Credit Union clientele
grew from13 to 25+, and Advisor headcount increased from 25 to 35 during contract tenure. Also drove the creation of a
Hybrid RIA.
Drafted the Prospectus, submitted all SEC filings for a Reg-D offering, constructed the business model, and
accomplished the financing for two medical startup companies (a stem cell research facility, the other an alternative
cancer therapy research/clinic facility, both in Arizona.)
Transformed a multi-state Region from last place (revenue, profitability, referral integration, and asset growth) to first
place in 2003-2004. This was accomplished through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and the implementation of three
specific strategic plans. The development, evolution, and success of these strategies led to a new business model which
was adopted firm-wide.
Designed and implemented national sales and marketing campaigns which resulted in the formation of $2.2BB dollars
of private capital for 22 drug development projects within the Biotechnology industry. (Clients included Amgen,
Genentech, Centocor, and Genzyme.)
