supervised internal and external resources on each project. Responsible for all communication with corporate headquarters, building

management, facilities security and ensuring compliance with leaseholder obligations. Project managed a multi-year marketing

program for a large financial services institution, overseeing all aspects of the program from development through execution.

Client Services – Acted as single point of contact for Fortune 500 clients to ensure streamlined communication and professional

service to client representatives. Responsible for extensive client audit processes and submiss ions, requiring thorough recordkeeping

Manager of Business Operations

As a direct report to the Chief Executive Officer, manage all office infrastructure needs, including Marketing, Human

Resources, Finance, Information Technology, and Facilities, among others.

Project managed the creation of a subsidiary Broker Dealer and the corresponding New Member Application process.

Oversaw all aspects of the project, including consultant supervision, creation of new brand identity and related

trademark/copyright process, all infrastructure and personnel matters, communications with the regulatory agency

(FINRA), relationship management with internal support services a nd external vendors.

Created and managed the New Business Intake process, which entailed supervision of adherence to the firm’s strict

protocol to screen potential clients for conflicts, and led engagements through each step of the process.

Designed the original presentation, pitch book materials, and various other collateral items, and refreshed with new

information as necessary. Responsible for customizing the pitch book template for each client. Work with subject

matter experts to tailor and adapt content for evolving business needs. Ensure a consistent and professional product

is delivered for each engagement, both in hard copy and digital format.

Created and executed a Marketing Plan for both the advisory firm and the Broker Dealer subsidiary, which included

external tactics such as entertainment, sponsorship/civic events, uniformly and professionally branded collateral,

presentation and engagement materials, and industry events.

Manage the relationship with the internal marketing department to ensure consistent and timely communications,

executive reports and website updates. Wrote press release and biographies for new hires, and worked with the internal

marketing department to create media outreach plans.

Responsible for the creation and distribution of meeting materials for the monthly Board of Managers meetings,

including preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets, and business development reports, among others.

Developed and maintained resume and presentation templates and marketing collateral to ensure brand was presented

Managed charitable and sponsorship partnerships such as Quail Hollow golf tournament activities and USO

2009 to 2010: Kenny Wallace Racing, Concord, North Carolina

Marketing Consultant

Created and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy to solicit sponsorship and personal services contracts.

Plan included complete collateral package, lead generation and social networking strategy. To date, Mr. Wallace has

over 187,000 Twitter followers and 76,000 Facebook “likes”.

Managed and executed a unique fan-based sponsorship program, including media outreach, social networking and

event execution. Program was the first of its kind to solicit donations from fans in return for name placement on a

NASCAR racecar. Monetary goal was exceeded by 50%. Support included aggressive public relations strategy,

execution of meet-and-greet event and facilitation of media requests.

2005 to 2009: Bank of America, Charlotte, North Carolina

Program Manager – Sponsorship Marketing (2006 to 2009)

Led the strategic development and implementation of a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience at major sporting events.

Project managed all events from start to finish, including program development, internal communicati ons, budgeting

and invoicing, supervision of multiple vendors, on-site execution, client experience and post-event reporting and ROI.

Entertained thousands of guests with an average satisfac tion rating of 92%.
