Responsibilities:

V Site Execution, working in tunnel projects, prepares Bill of

Quantities (as per DSR or current market rates).

V Managing construction projects.

V Execution of R.C.C & Finishing work such as Block work, Plastering &

Painting, Stone Work, etc.

V Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.

V Checking and preparing site reports and drawings. Also contractor's

bills.

V Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

V Site supervision for all the activities on site.

V Checking Bar bending schedule.

V Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per

specifications.

V Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and

monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

V Checking of columns, beam and slabs dimensions & reinforcement.

V Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,

quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

V Liaising with clients and their representatives (engineers and

surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed

of progress, Preparation of Bills Departmental as well as Measurement

Sheet.
