• Identify and interview homeless veterans in shelters and other places where homeless people gather, to determine

current housing, training and employment status.

• Identify, interview and screen prospective participants for the Family Empowerment Action To Self-Sufficiency

(FEATS) to determine eligibility for the program.

• Monitor and evaluate participant progress, prepare progress notes, employment data and family changes.
