Profile:

. 6 years of experience in civil and structural engineering in global

engineering service contractor and consultant primarily engaged in

detail design of various plants and facilities mostly gas processing

and LNG plants.

. 2 years of experience in a diverse management, engineering and

development consultancy delivering solutions for public and private

clients' world-wide specializing transportation engineering and marine

engineering.

. 5years and 6months of experience in PDS, Microstation and AutoCAD.

. 4years trainer of PDS frameworks and Microstation.

. 3years of experience in PDMS

. 2years experience in trainer for PDMS.

. 5 years of extensive experience in preparing and checking of 2D

drawings and 3Dmodelling of plant layout for oil and gas used by

clients for model reviews and presentations. I have been assigned in

preparing 2D drawing for Pipe Rack Structures, Equipment Structures,

Shelter Structures and Vessel Platforms. Upon finalization of detailed

engineering drawings, I prepare 3D models using Plant Design System or

PDS, Ace Utilities and Frameworks which is supported by Microstation.

I use PDS for modeling beams, column, braces, etc. Ace Utilities and

Frameworks were used for accessories such as platforms, stair,

ladders, grating, etc. For special type of model, I use 3D model

construction from Microstation. I checked the models using Smart Plant

Review or SPR before sending it to client for model review.

. Received training for Plant Design Management System (PDMS) which was

subsidized by the Japanese Government. I was sent to Yokohama, Japan

for 3 months to study the advantages and disadvantages of PDMS against

other 3D modeling software.

. In-charge of preparing civil related drawings such as equipment

foundations, pumps, pits, etc. As part of the group that prepares

Foundation Plan, Paving Plan and Underground Composite Drawings, I

prepare 3D models for civil related items such as foundations, sewer

layouts, cable trenches, tanks, etc. We then use these models as

attachments to the plan drawings and also uploaded to SPR for clash

checking.
