Description:

Deutsche Telecom is the largest telecom service and network access provider

in Germany. T-Com is the land line division of Deutsche Telecom; Current

CRM application is built on Siebel 7.0 and DB/2. EAI is implemented using

point to point communication due to this implementation T-Com is having

serious of performance issues. A lot of data redundancy has to be

maintained. Data synchronization is difficult. Maintenance and enhancement

are very costly and time to market new product and services is very costly

and slow to market. Due to these problems T-Com decided to replace its

current implementation to Siebel 7.8, Oracle and service-oriented

architecture (SOA) using Web Sphere ESB. The project focuses on Customer

Management, Customer Contact Management (Service Requests) and Order

Management for private customers and small businesses.

Job Responsibilities in CRMT Solution Centre:

. Participating actively in requirements gathering, coordinating with
