As an Assistant Document Controller:-
Assistant to Senior Document Controller of complete and full-fledged Documentation
Management System. The documentation required to be managed by this system includes,
complete range of technical documentation like drawings, reports, calculations, technical
specifications, purchase requisitions generated from the design / construction phase, which are
further utilized for as-built documentation / final hand-over dossier.
Co-ordination with client, engineering contractors, joint venture partners, subcontractors &
project management team and other internal departments for documentation related issues.
Strict adherence to the internal & client provided documentation procedures.
Highlight areas of concern, define and / or assist in defining corrective action plan.

Collection the data from field engineers and contractors (i.e. daily work programme, daily
diary of field engineers, labors, equipments, hot mix plant reports, etc.) day to day and
compilation and preparation of daily, weekly, fortnightly, projected / actual reports,
voluminous and contractual reports like monthly progress report, engineering report, and
quarterly report under headship of the quantity surveyor and team leader.
Prepared a daily planned and achieved works report (it is evaluation of per day cost of the
daily work done according to BOQ rates) under headship of concern fees, highway engineer
and resident engineer and also prepared another comparatively statement in between the
contractor’s submitted that report and our prepared report that is called ‘monitoring of daily
planned and achieved works report’.
Maintained the database of actual status of the receipt and consumption materials at site,
approval of materials and other submittals (process and status). Prepared database of
approved, operational and close borrow area, status and complied properties of quality
control tests and independent test results (internal & external lab), maintained the project
quality plan’s format. Compliance of Quality audit documents etc. under headship of QCEs
and materials engineer.
Monitor the status of working drawings etc. submitted by Contractor for approval. Prepared a
status report each of various activities of Highways in the MCW, Service Road, Culverts,
Drains, Obstruction Removal, TBMs, FRLs, OGLs. Other all various type data in Highways
related. Compliance of Site Instructions issued by FEs, Pictorial representation of the Stage
Approval after approval through RFIs under headship of Quantity Surveyor, Highway
Engineer and Resident Engineer.

of estimates and abstract under headship of Bridge Engineer.
