Worked in a clean room environment processing material at high skill levels. Performed and set up machines and inspected operation against predetermined tolerances. Worked closely with engineers and R&M personnel to ensure material ran efficiently through the line solving any problems by trouble shooting. Backgrind Specialist 2010-2013
Inspected incoming wafers and put on tape machine to apply for back grinding operation. Entered program on grinder for desired thickness according to instructions and specifications. De-taped wafers after grinding and put in SRD for cleaning then measure wafer on thickness measurement MTI machine and check for thickness tolerance.
