and record miles, hours, and costs incurred during trips and ensure that all necessary shipping documents are
current for all deliveries. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations for the secure and safe operation
of a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in performing duties. Inspect the truck and all equipment to ensure it
is safe for travel according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the company

As the Section Contract Specialist, managed 15 contracts worth 17 million. Wrote Statement of Work for
Services, Construction and Non Tactical vehicles. Ensured contractors performed duties in accordance with
the statement of work, renewed contracts as needed, confered with Subject Matter Experts for construction
contracts to ensure work was performed to safety standards. Submitted DD250's monthly to ensure contractors
were paid on time for services rendered. Closed contracts at the end of each contract. As the Procurement
Specialist, Procured supplies and services for personnel performing world wide missions. Ensured services
that were needed were under contract. Aquired supplies outside of normal military systems when using system
would delay mission. Shipped supplies and tracked them on 1149 until reaching final destination. Ensured all
supplies were added to hand reciepts. Managed hand receipts for personel overseas in Afghanistan, Germany,
Qatar and Iraq. Ensured montlhy inventories were conducted as personnel rotated through the different FOBS.
Logistics Management Specialist
Area Support Group - July 2005 to July 2008
As the Support Operations (SPO), located in Kuwait, responsible for all supply and services throughout the
theatre of Kuwait. Coordinated reception staging onward movement operations. Manage 30 contracts worth
$1.2 billion, four supply support activities, 12 dining facilities, and three retain fuel points; implemented a plan
to increase the Authorized Stockage Lines (ASL) by redesigning the warehouse layout. Ensured contracting
officer representatives perform in accordance with their statement of works. Implemented and designed a
new surveillance checklist for material maintenance branch. By descoping the contractor's commercial parts
warehouse the government saved over $100,000; wrote the performance work statement for the Kuwait life
support contract valued at over $21,000,000. Ensured all equipment was properly accounted for on personnel's
hand receipts. Managed accountability and maintenance of equipment valued over $140K and an (ASL) with
an estimated value of $50 million.
Serve as the Accountable Officer for Direct Support Warehouse with over 700 contractors; provided
recommendations and guidance for over 13,480 Authorize Stockage Lines (ASL), worth more than $61
million; managed maintenance and readiness contracts exceeding $20 million for troops deploying throughout
Kuwait. Improved customer supply reconciliation list of overdue documents from 42 percent to 97.2 percent;
provided technical training and assistance to surge 52 units forward on a continuous basis; responsible
for over $61 million worth of supplies maintaining a 98% demand satisfaction rate in support of over 400
customers; served as the Contracting Officer Technical Representative for the Area Support Group-Kuwait
Directorate of Logistics, responsible for two contractor operated warehouses. Monitored and ensured the
contractors were performing their mission in accordance to their statement of work. Served as the Contracting
Officer Representative (COR) and General Support (GS) warehouse manager. Provided technical guidance
and oversight of the Multiclass warehouse operations worth in excess of $18 million; provided general
support to over 94,000 personnel in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). By writing and implementing
Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for the Directorate of Logistics, customer service was increased by 30%;
provided disposition instructions for backlog of 2500 containers decreasing backlog by 100%; decreased the
unauthorized stockage lines from 50,000 to 10,000 in less than a year; provided instructions for cost savings
and maintained 96% demand satisfaction in support of over 350 customers; coordinated and executed the
shipment of over 500 containers to the U.S. without any losses or damage worth $7 million; prevented improper
supply transaction and eliminated fraud, waste and abuse..

Served, as the Training Personnel for the 61st Ordnance Brigade, responsible for 7,000 personnel; responsible
for sending USR report to higher headquarters; determined requirements, validated requests, and acquired
