Operate amsi, e-site and appfolio software, accept and post rental payments, control late fees, file evictions, credit and total accounts on spreadsheets and databases, check figures, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes, prepare statement of accounting notices for past, present and future residents, control payroll, review and close financial books for budget properties on a monthly basis and review quarterly and year end reports, provide general clerical assistance to community office

• Resident Retention

Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments, schedule maintenance service request, follow up on a timely basis, ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily, maintain open communication with District Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, enforce policies of community, check cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, planning resident functions, work close with the police department in IDL.
