Professional Experience
Unites States Army Senior Ground Maintenance Warrant Officer 2014- Present
• Served as the maintenance manager for a fleet of over 2,500 pieces of equipment which included
tactical vehicles, weapons, tactical radios and night vision devices.
• Created and implemented a maintenance program from the ground up. Such tasks included
creating a preventive and scheduled maintenance program for all equipment requiring routine
maintenance and creating a safe work environment for all soldiers and civilians to work in and in
accordance with OSHA and Army safety standards.
• Served as the Contracting Officer Representative for the Brigade civilian maintenance contract
valued in excess of 9 million dollars. Supervised and prioritized the work load for over 50
civilian contractors in maintenance support operations.
• Implemented and managed a monthly repair parts budget in excess of 100,000 dollars. Interfaced
with a host of agencies worldwide in order to expedite critical repair parts needed for mission
success.
• Taught supervisors and unit personnel the importance of proper preventive maintenance on an
850 vehicle fleet.

austere environments and climates.
• Responsible for the planning, evaluating, analyzing and monitoring all scheduled and
unscheduled maintenance operations for 300 vehicle fleet and 2000 weapons, radios and night
vision devices.
• The technical expert in the unit’s environment and Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs.
• Flawlessly implemented 60 new Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles (MRAP) into the
unit’s maintenance program while deployed in a combat zone. Developed and taught a driver’s
training program in which all unit personnel could safely operate the new MRAP’s.
• Managed and supervised a maintenance team of 51 personnel. This diverse maintenance
program consisted of an automotive, weapons, communication, night vision and welding and
fabrications shops.
United States Army Maintenance Supervisor/Mechanic 1994 - 2005
• Served as the maintenance supervisor responsible for directing maintenance repairs,
troubleshooting, verifying equipment inspection worksheets and the ordering of the appropriate
repair parts. Responsible for the scheduling of all preventive, scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance.
• Responsible for implementing the maintenance facility safety program, ensuring a safe work
environment for all employees.
• Appointed as the Quality Assurance and Quality Control manager, ensuring every repair met all
maintenance and safety guidelines.
• Trained over 150 unit personnel on the proper maintenance procedures of the Highly Mobile
Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV).
• Custodian of the units specialized tools and test equipment valued in excess of 1.5 million
dollars. Maintained 100% accountability of the test equipment with no losses.
• Selected as the units Hazardous Waste Technician, which included such duties as; ensuring the
maintenance facility and program operated within OSHA and Army standards, periodic
inspections and employee training and spill response drills.
