Supported internal website (NDR) for our client Bank of America’s
Tax Service Division that gathers, analyzes and interprets files for
pertinent information to be used to populate the database with over
125 million records in 1800+ counties and tax authority data for 25K
tax collector agencies nationwide. Also loaded property data to
support all of tax service from 8K files and 440 million records
annually. Extracts data from these files to create business rules
documents for programming staff in order to run transformations and
load to the database. Then tested programming output for quality and
accuracy. In addition, served as senior analyst with team lead
responsibilities for multiple special projects in order to eliminate
manual manipulation. This data supported the automated tax escrow
line set up of over 1 million loans annually.
Promoted to Senior Tax Data Analyst to serve as team leader and
backup to department manager.
2003 2005 Bank of America: Property Tax Data Analyst:
Responsible for the acquisition of data and development of sources of
data, development of business rules, including complex multi file rules
which support Bank of America’s Tax Service Corporation’s tax service
data warehouse/National Data Repository (NDR). Ensure quality
control for work unit, prior to loading to NDR. Communicate with tax
collectors, assessors and other third party data providers on a daily
basis to acquire information and support data analysis.

distribution, and quality control of work unit. Recognized by manager
for quantity and quality of work product.
2001 2003 Bank of America: Tax Service Procurement Technician:
Responsible for the timely and accurate payment of tax bills in over 21
states and numerous municipalities within those states. Prepare excel
spreadsheets to summarize activities. Research problem accounts,
take corrective action as needed. Deal with homeowners and tax
collectors to solve difficult real estate tax problems. Completed
mortgage and origination courses through the company to expand my
knowledge of the mortgage industry and mortgage servicing
processes.
