responses for Pearson’s two test centers in Cincinnati consisting of 30 test administrators
• Managed development and delivery of proactive, integrated budget campaigns and signature stories in the
region and ensured investors ROI of $1 billion in 2010. The two supervised offices generated over $45
million operational profit in 2010.
• Conducted online and face-to-face training and development classes for over 125 new hires in the region
(Washington DC, MD, VA, and OH). Eight of the trainees are Pearson’s test center managers now.
• Supervised over 230 different state boards testing including Nursing Board (NCLEX), Pharmacy Board,
Graduate Management Board Test (GMAT), and American Board for Internal Medicine (ABIM).

Designed and supervised details of total quality of products ensuring zero defects of parts assembled,
encouraged constant innovation in assembling manufactured parts, integration in learning process,
site services role progression, and involvement of stakeholders in meeting the fast-paced automobile
delivery requirement. The plant which runs 24/7 had 300 employees and an operational budget of
$100 million.
• Implemented team of the month award which increased parts produced per shift from 125 to 180.
• Introduced company’s monthly newsletter Hamilton Connection, which increased communication and
sharing of policy and productive ideas.
• Actively worked with HR department on recruitment and training of 100 new hires and training of
department leaders. Sales tripled and yearly total increased fivefold from $180 million to $900 million
• Supervised 32-member team in assembling Mercedes and Chrysler air-conditioned parts. Never
missed production target within the four-year period.
• Training coordination, 5S, KAIZEN, Poke Yoke, etc. using Visio, Remedy, Excel, & Lotus notes.

Supervised projects stewards on quality of health delivery issues, continuous improvement, and ways of
reaching Six Sigma’s 3.4 defects per million opportunities goals.
• Developed 360 degree feedback blueprint for different phases of the project resulting in a savings to
the government of over £250 million.
• Supervised standardization of financial systems by developing data spreadsheet and modalities for
rendering account to the community, which saved 25 % on annual community budgets.
• Introduced counterpart funding where the government pays 90 percent of the cost of the project and
the community pays 10 percent of the cost. This ensured ownership and the community’s commitment
to the system’s sustainability as co-owners .
