2009-2013 Right-of-Way Specialist contracted to UTA. I obtained partial property acquisitions and

easements for UTA’s Light Rail Projects. Reviewed ownership documents, legal descriptions; wrote

reports as well as payment requests for various entities. I worked in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and

invoices. Instrumental in helping save client over $250,000.

Created multiple reports and queries in Access database to make more user friendly and also researched

reports to resolve over 500 commitments associated with Legacy Parkway Project within a six -month

period to meet deadline for Requests for Proposals - in which I received an award for this work.
