relocation contracts and oversee execution of said. Setup meetings, wrote minutes of meetings, and
composed technical letters to various entities for issues including contract violations, challenging
charges on invoices to public relations issues.
Created Spreadsheets in Excel to track costs associated with utility agreements for analysis of multiple
invoices. Instrumental in helping save client over $250,000.
Created multiple reports and queries in Access database to make more user friendly and also researched
reports to resolve over 500 commitments associated with Legacy Parkway Project within a six -month
period to meet deadline for Requests for Proposals - in which I received an award for this work.
