assisting clients with problems, and updating policies and procedures necessary to keep the team
informed and up to date. Relief person for receptionist. Duties included inbound calls, taking
messages or transferring the call. Greeting clients. Typing memos, letters. Responsible for
incoming and out going mail.
EDUCATION: Alexandria Central High School, Business Major Graduated 1974
Attending Indian River State College, studying Business Administration/Health
Services. While at IRSC obtained certificates in Marketing Operations, and Business
Management.
TRAINING: At Liberty attended several training classes, DISC, Mark of a Leader,
Defusing Emotionally Charged Situations, Coaching Bringing Out The Best In Others, and
Managing Life Outside Work.
COMPUTER SKILL: Knowledgeable in MS Office, Word and Power Point.
