Project & Program Management: Oversaw all aspects of the successful completion of numerous project

lifecycles, from inception and design to implementation and rollout. Resourceful and adaptable,

billets, exceeding $31B in total obligation authority.

to force structure changes, new weapon systems, and adjustments to Air Force standard structures.
