termination process, and change management. Developed and handled all the marketing strategies.
Supervised employees, strategic planning, and designed and developed all the training programs,
including the orientation for new employees. These training programs helped the restaurant ha ve
competitive employees and minimized the customer complaints in more than 50 percent. Developed
selling reports and safety proposals in compliance to the OSHA requirements, and of the Security Office of the Rafael Hernandez Airport.

Secretary
Part of the board of directors in charge of organizing all the fundraising and educational a ctivities,
contacting the sponsors, deciding the theme and speakers, contacting the speakers, and every other
detail of all the SHRM Mayagüez student chapter activities, these activities led the Society into
receiving for two years consecutive the Outstanding Chapter Award (Worldwide
acknowledgement) and Best Chapter of the Year (Puerto Rico acknowledgement). As part of my
contribution I was also in charge of preparing all type of official letters, memorandums of all the
reunions, and designing and organizing all the assistance lists for the conferences, workshops, and
fundraising activities.
