. External financial audit was conducted in 2009 and the only issue
found was segregation of duties, all other SOX requirements were
brought into compliance from previous audit in 2005.
. 500k reduction in 2006 expenses vs. 2005 due to monitoring,
analysis and control of expenditures.
. Identified 300k in accounting errors from previous finance
management
. Implemented financial analysis of all accounts, actual vs. budget
vs. prior year
. Developed current accounting procedures and practices for location
in coordination with corporate
. Created the current standard costing system in excel as there is no
inventory module being used
. Created an employee database in excel that tracks time, attendance
and performance issues as the company still uses a punch clock.
This then is uploaded into Ceridian.

we switched to Oracle
