As General Manager I am responsible for the complete operation of Association Functions, Administrative, Fiscal and

Physical including,

• Hire, train and supervise staff, meet with and coordinate departments.

the renewal of certifications.

• Establish preventative maintenance programs for building to maintain budgetary and operational costs

Director of Maintenance 05/2013-Present

• Assumed the responsibility of the Director of Maintenance position in May of 2013 upon the retirement

of the DOM.

• Hands on supervision of maintenance staff, assist with diagnosis of issues in the buildings relating to

plumbing, electrical and structural repairs.

• Coordinate repairs and negotiate vendors in a centralized manner to maximize cost and job efficiency
