Manufacturing Engineer II
. Responsible for testing specifications, programming, for the
following: 416 end of line testers, Atlas Copco torque tools,
Headliner projection system.
. Responsible for all engineering trails and PTRs for the entire plant
. Maintained all the FEMAs for the plant and involved with 5 WHYs,
answering 8D's, M.O.S.T Coding
. Responsible for large projects such as, Headliner Launch from Canada
to US, designing and contracting the building of a meeting area and
having aisle ways and floors painted for most of the plant.
MPS Kaizen Leader/Supervisor
. Responsible for leading and directing all Kaizen projects at Magna
Spring Hill, was sent to Canada, Louisville and Chattanooga to support
launches and perform launch assessments. Also held the 2013 MPS Yearly
at Magna Spring Hill.
. Responsible for supervising, training and directing the task of Master
Trainer for the plant and a MPS team member.
. Responsible for Lowest Repeatable Time Studies, Manpower charts and
Fluctuation charts
. Established and maintain the company GROW program (Get Rid Of Waste)

. Responsible for leading and directing all Ergonomics projects at Magna
Spring Hill, was sent to Chattanooga to learn Ergonomics from our
Global Ergonomist.
. Performed ergonomic risk assessments on every job/operation in the
plant.
. Developed an ergonomically rotational schedule for all jobs in the
plant.
. Reported out every quarter to corporate by meeting ergonomic
requirements for our global based software that is reviewed by
corporate every quarter.
