Responsibilities:

As an OPD/ER nurse I attend to patients' needs. I retrieve

records, take vital signs and give it to the clinic doctor on

duty.

I process all the necessary papers (consent, charts and

partial billing) when a patient decided to be admitted at the

hospital.

Facilitate the things after the doctor finishes his orders

and carry it out (e.g. IVF, medications).

Since I am assigned to all areas at the hospital at the same

time I am responsible to patient's care while he/she is being

confined at the hospital.

I am assigned from OPD/ER to ward until the patient is

discharge.

Experiences Gained:

I learned how to start intravenous fluids and learned to

attend to patient's emergency needs( e.g. oxygen inhalation,

nebulizations, and some emergency drugs).

Good team player and Multitasking capabilities.

Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
