Project Description: Working as a QA/Manual/Backend Tester on Online
Banking and Finance System. This project deals with the online banking
application. It is attached to the Bill Payment System, Loan and Brokerage
Services. The whole system is integrated with the Customer Services
application. The major functionalities of the application include Quick
pay, Online Bill Payment, Credit Card Payment, Student Loan Application,
Mutual Fund, and Online Trading. These projects testing includes
application functionality testing and applications' database data
verification, validation based on the ETL code of the Informatics nightly,
daily and intraday jobs.
Responsibilities:
. Performed Business Requirements Documents analysis and the Technical
Specification. Interpreted system specifications into a system Test
Plan as well as for Test Cases.
. Manually performed Ad-Hoc testing, Integration testing, end-to end
testing, System testing and Functional testing.
. Responsible for peer review, Gap analysis, updating RTM (requirement
traceability matrix), and made change requests.
. Generated Test plans, Test Cases and Test steps for Functional Testing
in Excel and uploaded to Quality Center.

The project was some enhancement of web based service to cope with
increasing demand of GEICO business. Application was web based application
related to insurance billing functions for broker and customer, online
quote and application for new policy. The application provides user
friendly interface, connect with Service, and rating applications.
Responsibilities:
. Analyzed Business Requirements, Change Requests, Design and GUI
Specifications in order to derive test plans, test data, test
scenarios and test cases.
. Wrote Test Plans and Test Cases into Quality Center for Functional and
Regression Testing.

The application helps the field agents of the company to run a quote for
prospective client, enter prospective customer's data. In this system,
registered members with MetLife can get details of their policy, change the
term of their coverage, submit request to convert the policy, and use the
premium calculator to determine the new premium.
Responsibilities:
. Worked with Business Analysts and Developers to review, evaluate and
derive requirements for testability and provided feedback to define
functionalities, test scenarios and to ensure the test requirements
are correct.
. Participated in the implementation and execution of all aspects of the
testing activities including planning, creation, execution and
