Cast Member
Silvercity Cineplex (Famous Players) - London, ON - March 2014 to Present
Responsibilities
As a cast member, my job is to keep all guests at Cineplex happy. When guests come to watch a movie, they
are looking to let go of everything for 2 hours and calm down and relax, and my job is to provide them with
relaxation by keeping them happy the moment they walk into the building.
Accomplishments
As a cast member, I am one of the first people a guest interacts with and it is important I can provide exceptional
service to that guest. On my first week, it was the opening night for Captain America and we had a goal of
selling a certain amount of action figures and I managed to sell that amount and exceed it by the end of my
first shift. Also, I topped the list of "combo's" sold on my first week by selling more than 170 combos to guests.

My time at Asad and Bashar Consultancy prepared me well for future customer service challenges. During my
time there, I was in charge of answering calls, calling clients, meeting and greeting clients and also, organizing
everything. My responsibilities also included checking and replying to emails, and the most important thing
was to ensure all clients are always happy.
