PROJECTS
The following projects are to build, expand or replace equipment in existing material handling systems. As the Project
Manager of these projects, I estimate the time, cost and materials needed. I had to be in direct contact with all Electrical
Engineering and controls contractors that we hired. I also directed our own Mechanical Installation technicians or in some
cases hired contractors. I am in charge of ordering the materials, issuing purchase orders, invoices and tracking our budget.
I will take several site visits to each facility for different purposes. Some will be to take measurements, analyze and take
pictures of the current facility conditions before a project begins, create change orders based on any discrepancies, to test
the equipment we installed, and some for standby to make sure everything operates correctly before we demobilize.
