Operations Consultant
Provide human resources support and/or consultation for senior leadership, mid-level management,
and team members that include job descriptions, compliance assurance, market analysis, training
and development, and employee relations. Assist with special projects and business development
such as creation and implementation of a mentorship program and incentive program. Generate
financial and statistical reports, conduct monthly quality assurance audits, and develop all business
cases/feasibility studies to be used to evaluate new projects or special programs.
