MAIN PROJECT:

* Completed final year projects on “MULTIPLE FAULT DIAGNOSIS TECHNIQUE USING BUILT IN SELF TEST FOR ROM” in V.S.B Engineering College, Karur on 2013.

* To achieve Fault Free system, Dynamic Reconfiguration through BIST structure is proposed.

* Simple test flow are does not require intensive interactions between a BIST controller and a tester.

* It can be used to identify permanent failures in embedded read-only memories.

* Built-In-Self Test (BIST) has become a major design consideration in Design-For-Testability (DFT) methods.

* Here Model Sim software is used for Simulation Flow, Project Flow and Debugging Tools.

* Applications : Mission-critical system, self-diagnostic circuitry (consumer electronics).

MINI PROJECT:

* Presented a project in the topic of “LOGIC GATES VERIFICATION” in the science exhibition 2010 in V.S.B Engineering College, Karur on 8th& 9th January 2010.

* A logic gate is an idealized or physical device implementing a Booleanfunction, that is, it performs a logical operation on one or more logical inputs, and produces a single logical output.

* By use of De-Morgan'stheorem, an AND function is identical to an OR function with negated inputs and outputs. Likewise, an OR function is identical to anAND function with negated inputs and outputs. A NAND gate is equivalent to an OR gate with negated inputs, and a NOR gate is equivalent to an AND gate with negated inputs.

* They are primarily used in transistors or diodes.

* Participated in the event of “ISENSOBOT” a national level technical workshop organized by Department of ECE in K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Coimbatore on 5th January 2012.

* Participated in the workshop on the topic “ENGINEERING RESEARCH” in Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Kinathukadavu, and Coimbatore on 24th February 2012.
